30 Journal Prompts for 2020

So … about those two weeks to a month we were all supposed to stay inside?

This. Place. Is. Nuts!

I don't know about y'all, but uh… I'm freaking out a little bit.

Just a little bit.

Not a lottle bit.

Just a little bit.

Hmm…Maybe freaking out is a bit strong.

Is there a word for concerned, but not scared?

Yeah. I'm that.

In-between emotions can be strange. Especially in a time of such uncertainty.

Our world is chaotic. Being able to find stability in the few things I actually do have control over is helping keeping me grounded. And journaling is a huge part of that.

I love to journal and it's one of my favorite self-care activities, but lately I've had a hard time figuring what to journal about.

I just stare at the pages, holding the pen in my hand and nothing comes to mind. Or what does come to mind sounds, well, whiny. The world is really negative right now, so my mind is becoming negative and that's not so healthy.

The world got a lot crazier really fast and that means I have to work that much harder to take care of myself. So, instead of crying to my journal, I decided to write in my journal.

I use these journaling prompts to give me something to focus on, something to think about, something to be grateful for. And I wanted to share this with y'all, in case anyone is having the same issue I am.
