Physical Self-Care

 Physical self-care includes drinking water, eating healthy, getting enough sleep, and exercising.

Emotional self-care is hard for a lot of us as it involves identifying, accepting and expressing a range of feelings. Yikes!

Mental Self-Care

Mental self-care includes activities that stimulate your mind or intellect. It's also about managing your self-talk and taking care of yourself psychologically.

Social Self-Care

Social self-care means nurturing relationships with people outside of yourself. We need to be around people sometimes.

Spiritual Self-Care

Spiritual self-care is the act of getting in touch with your human spirit or soul. Nourising the "being" in human being.

Practical Self-Care

Practical self-care is taking steps to prevent future stress. Like budgeting, organizing, & personal development.
